![]() I know how it feels when something so trivial (in your eyes), some people just don't get it! I know. Additional Chillispot Options: What should be here?įor the past two weeks, I've gone through likely every single article there is I could find online to understand some of these seemingly basic configurations. MAC Auth and 802.1X Auth are all Disabled. UAM Domains: How different is this from 'UAM Allowed'? What do I need to put here, if any? UAM Allowed: Do I need to allow ? And any other websites? I want NO website to be accessible except after login UAM Any DNS: Should I leave this 0, or needs to be changed to something? UAM Secret: What is this? Where is this secret on the remote server? Daloradius? HotspotLogin or in the server? If in the server, which specific file? Radius NAS ID: Refers to the ID I receive after creating the NAS? ID numbers are usually numerics, i.e, 1, 2 etc Shared key: This key should correspond to what I create under Management > NAS ? If not, where? Redirect URL: Where should this point to? Let's say, my hotspot login is at /hotspotlogin/. DNS Server, I'm using Google Servers, 8.8.8.8 Primary RADIUS Server is my remote radius server instance, which is at (do I need to add port?) Hotspot Network refers to my router's network, which I plan to use 192.168.1.0/24 (is that right?) Here's what I understand from the Chillispot section on the dd-wrt I have my WiFi and LAN bridged, thus I only get a single option in dropdown in chillispot area. I have a Linksys e1200 router running dd-wrt with Chillispot support. I get "Login must be performed through Enginx hotspot server" which means at least I'm good to go. I have management interface, can create users, everything. Tested to ensure it is working using debugging mode to determine request acceptance. Router is ready with the DD-WRT Firmware for e1200 Linksys HotspotLogin is accessible at /hotspotlogin User can access no website until after authentication. If not already authenticated, redirected to somewhere to login with code.
